DAKOTA Analytical is zealously protective of customer information and maintains strict and absolute customer confidentiality. Confidentiality is maintained by placing written, mutual confidentiality agreements into force, releasing information to third parties only upon the express, written authorization of the customer, and taking precautions to ensure confidential transfer of information between Dakota Analytical and its customers by facsimile (FAX), e-mail and telephone.
